Privacy notice

Hitbe LTD (“we”) is responsible for the personal data you send us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email, and — if you choose — phone number, company and event details.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a booking offer. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our email. Embedded videos are played from Google Drive, YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo (tracking disabled); when you play a video, that provider may process your data under its own privacy policy.

How long

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting booking, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to booking@friendssound.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
